Product configuration, checkout, payment, production, shipping, customer service, and returns are handled through the Store. Please review your product selections carefully before placing an order.
CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS CAREFULLY
Wall art and other products may offer multiple sizes, print materials, frames, mats, colors, finishes, orientations, and other options. These choices can materially affect both the appearance and final price of your order.
Please review the product preview, dimensions, material, framing, and all selected options before completing checkout. The configuration you select in the Red River Gorge Hiker Store is the product that will be manufactured for you.
If you later decide that you would prefer a different size, frame, material, color, or other configuration, that is generally treated as a normal return rather than a product-quality defect.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Products are manufactured on demand.
Art prints, canvas prints, framed prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, wood prints, posters, and jigsaw puzzles are generally ready to ship within 3–4 business days after the order is placed.
Greeting cards are generally ready to ship within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
These are production estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected during checkout.
The current product-specific production information, shipping options, shipping charges, and delivery information displayed in the Red River Gorge Hiker Store at the time of purchase control the order.
RETURNS
Purchases are covered by the Pixels / Fine Art America return policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order date in accordance with the Store’s current return procedures.
After the returned product is received, the product purchase price is refunded under that policy.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are generally not reimbursed. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping a non-defective return back to the fulfillment provider.
Shipping charges may be reimbursed when the return is due to a qualifying product-quality defect.
For large, framed, or otherwise substantial products, return-shipping costs can be significant. Please take particular care when selecting artwork size, print material, frame, mat, finish, and other configuration options before ordering.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, use the Store return form and enter the email address used to place your order and your order number. Follow the return instructions provided by Pixels / Fine Art America before shipping the product back. Under the current return policy, the product purchase price is refunded after the returned item is received.
IF THERE IS A PRODUCT-QUALITY PROBLEM
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with another apparent product-quality problem, contact the Store’s customer-service team promptly and follow its instructions before arranging a return.
The fulfillment provider determines how qualifying quality-defect returns are handled under its current policy.
